on monday night hbo aired part 1 of the documentary “the black list” by elvis mitchell and timothy greenfield-sanders and i got a double stamp on my ‘black’ card by dutifully watching it instead of ted kennedy’s speech at the dnc (that’s what youtube is for, thankyouverymuch). it was really cool to see these iconic figures articulate their lived experiences...
